The Reeder home is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom cottage overlooking McConnell Lake, with views of Rock Mountain. Each main floor bedroom has a picture window and glass door opening onto the deck, all with lake and mountain views. The home has a modern kitchen perfect for entertaining and hardwood floors throughout. There is a stone fireplace in the living room and in the downstairs bedroom, perfect for chilly nights.

The house has wireless high-speed Internet, which reaches to the outside deck. There are two televisions and DVD players, one on the ground floor and one downstairs. The whole house has central air and heat.

The downstairs bedroom is also newly renovated with a spacious new bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub. This private bedroom has a large window, which will allow guests to enjoy a view of the lake. This bedroom has private outdoor access.

The ground floor has three queen bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en-suite, and two additional bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom is set up as a wonderful recreation area for children or adults and includes twin beds, a sofa, a TV and DVD player, a ping-pong table, and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. This room has a private, outside entrance.

This house is not recommended for children under the age of six, but pets are welcome.
